Should i take this as a compliment or an insult?

-So today i was hanging out with my friends.

and one of my friends invited one of her friends

(which i just met today btw)





And i started talking about how i was helping the food bank august fifth then about the show whale wars and how im going to rebel againts whaling and start protesting and then i started talking about how we need to save the Kiwi Bird and harp seal. And how the gorvernment doesnt pay enough attention to animals and we should stand up to the man!



I was really into what i was talking about and then the girl was like



"Wow your such a hippy and part rebel"



I didnt know what to say so i was just like okay whatever.



So yeah i was just wondering



Should i take that as a compliment or an insult?

Well maybe ask her what it means, maybe she thinks its awsome that your a hippy and rebel or maybe she thinks its retarded how you are so callus to stop whalers and leave there family's without a paycheck. And by the way, its not about "standing up to the man" its about stopping man kind, global warming, over fishing (non existent), deforestation (not as big as you might think) and other fun things, are all caused by over population, thats all, people use fossil fuels, food, lumber and other things because you need a lot of that supply for a population of 7 billion people. Its not global warming thats the problem its the amount of people thats the problem.
